Project: Digital Transformation of the Economic Press
In 2025, LCG365 led a digital transformation process to Economic Press, an Argentine media outlet with over 50 years of experience in the national market. The project included a complete overhaul of its website, optimizing the user experience and adapting it to current digital journalism standards.
In addition, functional and operational audits were conducted, which allowed bottlenecks to be identified and key improvements to be implemented, achieving a 35% reduction in the editorial team's operating time.
As part of the process, a CRM developed by LCG365, tailored to the specific needs of the business, was implemented. This tool enabled improved contact management, automated internal processes, and more efficient workflow organization.
The necessary technology and ongoing strategic support were also provided for the production of audiovisual content, including the recording, editing, and post-production of interviews and journalistic pieces, adapted to the demands of today's digital ecosystem.
